Allied World in London is seeking an underwriting support professional to assist the Property department both in London and remotely with the USA office, developing technical underwriting capabilities.

You will perform quote preparation, policy/endorsement processing, account analysis, and liaise with brokers and internal teams. The role emphasizes accuracy, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work with tight deadlines while building relationships in the London market.

Qualifications

• Articulate with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office; experience with Excel recommended.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong numerical abilities.
• Fluent in English; another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide underwriting support to the Property department.
• Review submissions, perform pricing analysis and prepare quotes.
• Process policy/endorsement entries in underwriting systems.
• Liaise with underwriters, brokers, and internal teams.
• Maintain underwriting files and generate management reports.
• Represent Allied World at London market meetings.
