You will partner with VP HR Chart Europe, and cross-functional teams to design and implement workforce transformation, acquisition integration and change adoption. You will bring structure to complex work, connect stakeholders across countries, and ensure initiatives are delivered with pace, clarity and

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex HR or P&C projects in a multinational environment.
• Proven track record delivering multi-country people initiatives.
• Strong project governance, budgets, risks, and benefits tracking.
• Fluent written and verbal English; able to travel across Europe when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver regional People & Culture projects across Europe, translating business priorities into clear plans and success measures.
• Drive organisational transformation programmes, including organisation design, restructuring, workforce optimisation and change management.
• Coordinate cross-functional and geographically dispersed stakeholders, creating alignment across countries, businesses and functions.
• Support acquisition and integration activity through effective due diligence, planning, execution and stakeholder engagement.
• Use people analytics and business insight to inform decisions, monitor outcomes and demonstrate benefits realisation.
• Develop communication, engagement and adoption plans, while providing clear progress reporting and facilitating leadership workshops and decision-making.
