Job summary

Chart Industries, Inc. is seeking a high-impact leader to drive strategic People & Culture projects across Europe on a 9-12 month FTC.

You will work closely with the VP HR Chart Europe and regional leaders to translate priorities into governed programmes delivering measurable outcomes across organisational transformation, people strategy, and change adoption. You will bring structure to complex work, connect stakeholders across countries and functions, and ensure initiatives are delivered with

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver regional People & Culture projects across Europe, translating business priorities into clear plans and success measures.
Drive organisational transformation programmes, including organisation design, restructuring, workforce optimisation and change management.
Coordinate cross-functional and geographically dispersed stakeholders, creating alignment across countries, businesses and functions.
Support acquisition and integration activity through effective due diligence, planning, execution and stakeholder engagement.
Use people analytics and business insight to inform decisions, monitor outcomes and demonstrate benefits realisation.
Develop communication, engagement and adoption plans, while providing clear progress reporting and facilitating leadership workshops and decision-making.
