Job summary

Chart Industries is seeking a Europe HR Projects Leader to drive cross-country People & Culture initiatives and transform regional workstreams across Europe. You will partner with the VP HR Chart Europe and senior leaders to translate priorities into governed programmes delivering measurable outcomes.

You will bring structure to complex work, align stakeholders across countries and functions, and ensure delivery with pace, clarity and business alignment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex HR or P&C projects in a multinational environment.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-country people initiatives with senior leaders.
• Excellent project management, governance, risk, budgets and benefits tracking.
• Broad understanding of people processes including organisation design and workforce planning.
• Confident at influencing and engaging senior stakeholders in a matrixed organisation.
• Fluent written and verbal English; ability to travel across Europe when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver regional People & Culture projects across Europe with clear plans and success measures.
• Drive organisational transformation programmes, including organisation design and change management.
• Coordinate cross-functional, geographically dispersed stakeholders for alignment across countries.
• Support acquisition and integration activity with due diligence, planning and execution.
• Use people analytics to inform decisions, monitor outcomes and realise benefits.
• Develop communications and adoption plans, reporting progress and leading leadership workshops.
