Faire seeks a strategic, analytical leader to own growth initiatives across Europe and International markets. You will drive high-impact projects, coach a small Strategy & Operations team, and partner with Product, Operations, Revenue, and Data Science to influence direction.

You will own forecasting, performance metrics, and cross-functional alignment, shaping strategy while delivering results in a London-based, hybrid role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, finance, or analytical business operations roles.
• Experience managing and developing people.
• Some experience partnering with GTM and Product teams.
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive high-impact Europe/International initiatives end-to-end.
• Lead and develop a team of Strategy & Operations ICs through coaching and prioritization.
• Prioritize GTM and Product initiatives based on impact and collaborate with Data Science.
