Qualifications

• Minimum 5y+ of HRBP experience supporting senior leaders.
• UK employment law expertise.
• Understanding of performance, talent management, employee relations, and organisational design.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate people data effectively.
• Proven experience in driving cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with UK leadership to guide talent planning and workforce strategy.
• Lead end-to-end employee relations for the UK.
• Drive culture, engagement and change across the UK and International.
