Job summary

UNIQLO, part of the Fast Retailing Group, is hiring a Europe E-Commerce Logistics Specialist in London with hybrid working. You will drive improvements in middle/final-mile delivery, coordinate with 3PLs and the E-Commerce team, and monitor logistics KPIs while planning strategic supply chain initiatives.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in European e-commerce logistics, and English fluency. Hybrid working with travel across Europe may be involved.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce logistics in Europe.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to process and analyze data.
• Strong organizational skills with minimal supervision.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset with adaptability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Contract and commercial negotiation experience is a plus.
• Procurement and tendering experience is a plus.
• Experience with AI applications is preferred.
• Spanish or Italian language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customers’ shopping experience (VOC) to identify supply chain challenges.
• Resolve problems/complaints by compiling and analysing data.
• Analyse and summarize logistics costs for optimization.
• Plan and execute logistics projects and 3PL tenders.
• Establish short, mid and long-term supply chain strategy.
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders on logistics topics.
• Work with logistics service providers (3PL and delivery companies).
• Collaborate with UNIQLO’s E-Commerce and Customer Service teams.
• Monitor and improve UNIQLO’s logistics KPIs.
