Job summary

UNIQLO, part of the Fast Retailing Group, is hiring a Europe E-Commerce Logistics Specialist in London with hybrid working. You will drive improvements in middle/final-mile delivery, coordinate with 3PLs and the E-Commerce team, and monitor logistics KPIs while planning strategic supply chain initiatives.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in European e-commerce logistics, and English fluency. Hybrid working with travel across Europe may be involved.

We are currently recruiting for a Europe E-Commerce Logistics Specialist to sit within the Logistics team, based in London office, with some travel, UNIQLO’s supply chain hubs across Europe. You will be reporting into the EU E-Commerce Logistics Manager, working closely with local and global E-Commerce teams, and external logistics service providers. As part of the UNIQLO’s Logistics Team, you will be primarily responsible for quality of middle/final-mile delivery of UNIQLO parcels. Based on in-depth analysis of data and Voice of Customers (VOC), you are expected to improve UNIQLO’s supply chain. You are also expected to work closely with our logistics service partners (warehouse and delivery companies).
