Job summary

UNIQLO is seeking an IT Network Specialist to join the EU team in their London office. You will support, maintain and enhance the network infrastructure connecting UNIQLO stores and offices across Europe, working with international teams and vendors.

You will manage day-to-day operations, monitor performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to network projects, store openings and deployments in a fast-paced retail environment. Hybrid work is offered with travel across Europe.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on network engineering or support experience.
• Experience with LAN/WAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, routing, switching, and wireless.
• Experience with Cisco networking, firewalls, and multi-site environments.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel across Europe.

We are currently recruiting for an IT Network Specialist to sit within the EU team, based in our London office. You will be reporting into the IT Infrastructure Manager, working closely with internal departments and external suppliers at an EU level.

This is an opportunity for someone with hands‑on network engineering and support experience who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, multi‑site retail environment. You'll play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the network infrastructure that connects UNIQLO's stores and offices across Europe, combining day‑to‑day operational support with exciting network projects while collaborating with international teams and vendors.

What you will be responsible for

is supporting and optimising the network environment that underpins UNIQLO's stores and offices across Europe. You will manage network operations, monitor performance, troubleshoot complex connectivity issues, maintain network security, and work closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver reliable and scalable network services. Alongside day‑to‑day support, you will contribute to network projects, new store openings, WAN and wireless deployments, and continuous improvements that enable our business to grow and operate efficiently.

Skills, Experience and Attributes

• 3+ years' experience in a Network Engineer, Network Support, or IT Networking role, with strong hands‑on troubleshooting capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies including LAN, WAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, routing, switching, and wireless networking.
• Experience supporting and configuring Cisco networking technologies, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Experience monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise network environments across multiple locations.
• Knowledge of network security principles, including firewall management, access controls, and secure remote connectivity.
• Experience supporting cloud networking solutions, particularly within AWS environments.
• Proven experience delivering network projects, network refreshes, and new store or office deployments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across business functions and third‑party suppliers.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support, train, and coach end users and first‑line support teams.
• Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills and a proactive, solution‑focused approach.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within a global team environment.
• Fluent English communication skills and willingness to travel across Europe as required.
