Job summary

Gen II Fund Services is seeking a Director for Client Service Applications in Europe. The role focuses on sharing technical knowledge, managing core platforms (Investran and related software), and promoting their use across Gen II’s US offices to maximize value in a control-based environment.

You will oversee a team of subject matter experts, grow Gen II’s client base through system-driven pitches and migrations, and collaborate with client services to deliver exceptional service in a dynamic,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related field; ACA/ACCA preferred.
5+ years of relevant experience in platform management and the finance industry.
Demonstrated skills in fund system setup, configuration, platform management, troubleshooting, and ongoing development.
Hands-on experience with bespoke report writing and output automation.
Good understanding of GDPR and data privacy risks.

Responsibilities

Act as a system subject matter expert, supporting Client Service teams to expand Gen II’s client base through effective system use.
Provide specialized support, health checks, and guidance on best practices for automation of reporting outputs across all Gen II jurisdictions.
Oversee the development of reporting outputs and parameterization of various applications.
Lead in system releases preparation, execution, and testing.
Maintain a client-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
