Job summary

Gen II seeks a Director – Client Service Applications for Europe to lead system support for client services and automate reporting across Investran and related platforms. You will work with diverse jurisdictions, drive data remediation, and oversee platform changes while growing the client base with a service-first mindset.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure robust governance, and mentor a team of SMEs to deliver scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field; ACA/ACCA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in platform management and finance industry.
• Experience with fund system setup, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on with bespoke report writing and output automation.
• Good understanding of GDPR and data risks.
• Experience with training and support functions.
• Proficient with Investran and Excel; Yardi, VBA and investor portals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as system SME to support Client Service teams using Gen II platforms.
• Drive client delivery via systems and automation per Gen II standards.
• Collaborate with client services on complex structures and setup.
• Own data remediation and automated outputs for Investran and global platforms.
• Develop reporting outputs and parameterize applications.
• Identify upcoming platform changes and options.
• Lead release prep, execution and testing; maintain client focus.
• Stay updated on system releases and best practices.
• Grow Gen II client base through excellent service.
