Qualifications

• 2+ years proven experience in an EUD Engineer role or similar.
• Good understanding of ITIL-based processes.
• Eligibility for Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for end-user devices including desktops and laptops.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Manage device lifecycle activities including upgrades and disposals.
