Job summary

Pearson Whiffin Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced EUC Engineer to join our Gloucester IT team onsite. You will support MacOS, Apple devices, and modern workplace technologies while collaborating with networking and cloud platforms.

The role requires hands-on experience with Apple ecosystems, enterprise device deployment, MDM tools, and strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication is essential in a hybrid cloud environment.

Qualifications

Experience in EUC/Desktop Support roles.
MacOS and Apple devices expertise.
Enterprise IT device support in complex environments.
Networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
Cloud SaaS exposure (Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace).
MDM tools experience (Jamf, Intune, Kandji).
Microsoft 365 and identity/access management knowledge.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Apple certifications or relevant IT certifications.
Experience in hybrid cloud environments.
Scripting knowledge (Bash, PowerShell).

Responsibilities

Provide end-user support for MacOS, Apple laptops, and mobile devices.
Configure, deploy, and manage Apple hardware across the business.
Support modern workplace and endpoint management solutions.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user issues.
Assist with networking including Wi‑Fi, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and endpoint connectivity.
Work with cloud technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
Support device security, patching, compliance, and asset management.
Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams on projects and improvements.
Deliver excellent customer service and technical support to users at all levels.
