Job summary

Nine Twenty Recruitment is seeking an experienced EUC Team Leader in Glasgow to guide and develop the End User Compute team across the UK. You will lead delivery of reliable EUC services, mentor engineers, and partner with IT Operations to improve efficiency and cyber resilience.

The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic direction for workplace technology, in a hybrid setup based at a modern Glasgow office with WFH options.

Qualifications

• Experience leading EUC or IT Operations teams (mentoring or leadership experience).
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace.
• Strong communication with a customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced evolving tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of EUC engineers/technicians with a customer focus.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery of End User Computing services, ensuring reliability.
• Support IT Operations in driving efficiency and cyber resilience.
• Help shape the future direction of workplace technology across the business.
