Job summary

Elysium Healthcare Limited is seeking an EUC Support Analyst to join the Digital & Technology team in the UK. You will provide second-line support for end-user devices, manage laptops, desktops, tablets and mobile devices, and help keep the environment secure and compliant.

You will work with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender and Entra ID to maintain device compliance, investigate security findings, and document investigations and remediation actions.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of end-user computing technologies and device management.
• Experience reviewing security findings and remediating endpoint issues.
• Familiar with ITIL processes and IT service management practices.
• Ability to follow documented processes and escalate when needed.
• Experience supporting Windows laptops/desktops/mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line EUC support for laptops, desktops, tablets and mobile devices.
• Review security findings and support remediation for end-user devices.
• Maintain accurate records of investigations, actions and risks.
• Support software deployment, patching and endpoint remediation activities.
• Collaborate with IT, users and suppliers to ensure compliant EUC experience.
