Job summary
ESSENTIAL EMPLOYMENT LTD in Wembley is seeking an IT Support Consultant (EUC Engineer) to own end-user computing services across multiple organisations. You will administer Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Remote Desktop Services and RemoteApp, ensuring devices and environments stay compliant and performant.
You will also lead on GlobalProtect VPN support, resolving connectivity and authentication issues, collaborating with teams to strengthen endpoint security and improve
Qualifications
- Experience administering Microsoft Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Experience configuring and maintaining Windows 365, Remote Desktop Services and RemoteApp environments.
- Proficient in securing end-user computing environments and endpoint protection.
Responsibilities
- Deliver secure, high-quality EUC services across multiple organisations.
- Lead support and optimisation of Palo Alto GlobalProtect VPN.
- Collaborate with Network, Security, Infrastructure and Service Desk teams to improve endpoints.
