Are you passionate about IT support, endpoint management, and cyber security? Join Elysium Healthcare as an EUC Support Analyst to join our Digital & Technology team, providing second-line support and helping to maintain a secure, compliant, and reliable end-user computing environment across the organisation.
Working as part of the End User Computing (EUC) team, you will support the day-to-day management of our device estate, including laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices. You will play an important role in ensuring colleagues receive excellent technical support while helping the organisation maintain compliance with security standards and best practice.
As an EUC Support Analyst, you will provide second-line support for end-user devices, troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and escalating more complex problems where required. Working with technologies such as Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, and other endpoint management platforms, you will help maintain device compliance, support software deployment activities, and contribute to the ongoing security and stability of the IT environment.
You will also maintain accurate records of investigations, findings, actions, and risks, while contributing to knowledge articles, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the effectiveness of EUC services.
