Job summary

OpenSourced - Search & Selection seeks an experienced Collaboration & Personal Productivity Technology Lead to own the EUC agenda and drive adoption of productivity solutions across 2,000+ users in a multinational environment. The role oversees budgeting, vendor governance, and cross-functional initiatives to enhance collaboration beyond 2025.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT/Service/Infrastructure experience required.
• Experience in an international, fast-paced environment.
• FMCG sector experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the EUC agenda, including hardware & software deployment and vendor management.
• Manage annual budget of approximately €1–2 million.
• Define yearly initiatives to enhance digital collaboration and ways of working.
• Lead cross-functional projects shaping the future of collaboration tools beyond 2025.
• Oversee EUC services for the Executive Team and ensure cost efficiency.
