Job summary

UBDS Group is seeking an experienced End User Computing Engineer in London to design, implement, secure, and support enterprise EUC environments across Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies.

The role focuses on identity, access management, device management, and collaboration tooling with hands-on administration of Intune, Entra ID, SCCM/MECM, and hybrid Exchange deployments. On-site presence is required 2–3 days per week in Central London.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Microsoft 365 administration and modern workplace technologies.
• Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO and MFA.
• Hands-on with Conditional Access and Defender for Cloud Apps.
• Strong knowledge of Intune and endpoint management best practices.
• Experience administering SCCM/MECM environments.
• Understanding EMS technologies and security frameworks.
• Experience managing Exchange Online/Server, including hybrid deployments.
• Knowledge of Teams administration, Enterprise Voice and collaboration tools.
• Experience with SharePoint Online, OneDrive migrations and Teams migrations.
• Familiarity with tenant-to-tenant migrations and related tooling.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation capabilities.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including tenant configuration and governance.
• Manage Entra ID, Azure AD, SSO and MFA.
• Design and implement Conditional Access policies and MCAS controls.
• Develop and maintain Intune policies for device management and security.
• Support SCCM/MECM environments for provisioning and patching.
• Maintain EMS solutions to improve security posture.
• Administer Exchange Server/Online environments, including hybrid deployments.
• Manage Teams including Enterprise Voice and telephony integrations.
• Support SharePoint Online and OneDrive migrations and adoption.
• Deliver tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 migrations using standard tooling.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to improve automation and efficiency.
• Provide third-line support and issue resolution for EUC and collaboration platforms.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
