Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a VM Manager on a 12 month Fixed-Term Contract. You will lead the creative experiential strategy for the EU, manage end-to-end projects from concept to delivery, and collaborate with global partners, retailers, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong VM experience at a manager level in a beauty/retail context.
• Excellent project management with ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience working with vendors; understanding fabrication and production processes.
• Proficiency with design tools: Adobe suite; 3D SketchUp; PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Set, drive and deliver the experiential strategy aligned to EU goals.
• Manage the creative process, briefing artworkers and ensuring high quality deliverables.
• Execute in-store and digital experiential projects from ideation to delivery.
• Lead as EU brand expert, protecting image across channels and projects.
• Present designs/prototypes to management for approval and progress; manage expectations.
