Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a creative VM Manager on a fixed-term contract to drive experiential and brand-driven projects across the EU. You will lead creative execution from concept through delivery with internal teams and external partners, ensuring consistent brand image and strong commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Proven VM experience at manager level in Beauty/Retail.
• Strong project management with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with experiential VM, in-store and pop ups.
• Ability to interpret business needs and develop concepts.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; 3D SketchUp desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver the experiential strategy aligned with the broader EU strategy.
• Manage the creative process from briefing to delivery.
• Execute experiential projects in store, pop ups, launches, and online.
• Lead as EU brand expert, protecting brand image across channels.
• Own CPA, provide in-depth project updates.
• Present designs for management approvals at critical stages.
• Manage planograms and assortments with sales/marketing.
• Collaborate with EU team and external partners.
• Engage suppliers ensuring best partners and production processes.
• Forecast and manage budgets, track POs and spend.
• Stock management for VM kit; sustainability champion for projects.
