Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Inc. is seeking a creative VM Manager for a fixed-term contract to drive experiential and brand campaigns in the EU. You will lead the creative process, manage budgets, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful in-store and online experiences.

The role requires strong VM experience at manager level, excellent project management, and the ability to balance design with operational needs and budgets.

Qualifikationen

• Strong VM experience at a manager level in beauty/retail.
• Excellent project management with ability to handle multiple projects.
• Experience with vendors, fabrication, and production processes.
• Ability to interpret business needs and translate into concepts.
• Proficient with design packages: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; 3D SketchUp (desirable).

Aufgaben

• Set and deliver the creative experiential strategy aligned with EU.
• Manage the creative process, briefing artworkers and feeding back.
• Execute innovative experiential projects from ideation to delivery in stores and online.
• Lead as the EU brand expert to protect image across channels.
• Provide project updates, forecast budgets, and manage CPA.
• Present designs/prototypes to management for approval.
• Manage planograms and assortments across experiential projects.
• Collaborate with EU team, global partners, sales and marketing.
