Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a passionate and experienced VM Assistant Manager to support the EU VM strategy across department stores and flagship sites. You will collaborate with retailers, agencies and internal teams to deliver on-brand experiences with pace and precision.

Lead campaign launches, asset delivery, in-store execution, and new store openings while maintaining budget discipline and quarterly forecasts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable VM experience at an Assistant Manager level.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
• Strong leadership with collaboration and communication skills.
• Excellent budgeting, forecasting and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic support for EU department stores driving VM strategy.
• Lead campaign launches and manage asset delivery to in-store execution.
• Oversee new store openings and ensure high VM standards.
• Be the experiential and promotional expert for EU stores.
• VM budget guardian with forecasting reviews.
• Manage the EU VM Assistant and promote team collaboration.
• Handle admin, budgeting and sign-off processes.
