Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking an ambitious In‑House Creative Artwork Executive for the EU region. You will produce print-ready artwork in collaboration with the VM team, adapting assets for Self-Select and Department Store channels, and ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to across campaigns.

You'll work closely with the Creative Artworker and Global VM teams, translating briefs into compelling visuals.

Qualifications

• Experience as an in-house designer or agency with luxury/beauty brands.
• Proficient in creating print-ready assets from small to large scale.
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite with InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator and SketchUp.
• Excellent attention to detail and typography within brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Create print-ready artwork in collaboration with the VM team across EU.
• Adapt assets for Self Select and Department Store channels.
• Ensure brand and campaign guidelines are followed in all artwork.
• Maintain and organise the master asset library.
• Communicate artwork requirements and proposed solutions with the Creative Artworker.
• Support regional asset approvals with the Global VM team.
