Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking an experienced Assistant VM Manager to drive the EU VM strategy and deliver best-in-class retail experiences across department stores. You will manage campaigns, new openings, and promotions with partners and internal teams, ensuring budget adherence and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable VM experience at an Assistant Manager level in Beauty/Retail.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
• Strong leadership with ability to coach and develop teams.
• Experienced project manager with budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Excellent collaboration and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Strategic support for EU department stores and drive EU VM strategy.
• Head up campaign launches from asset delivery to in-store execution.
• Lead new store openings and ensure high VM standards across the B&M estate.
• Be the experiential and promotional expert for Department stores EU with omni-channel approach.
• Budget guardian: manage projects on time and on budget with quarterly forecasts.
• Manage the EU VM Assistant and foster a collaborative team environment.
• General admin and budget tracking and sign-off processes.
