Job summary

Genetec is seeking a Sales Support Specialist in the United Kingdom for a 12-month maternity cover. You’ll support the global sales team using CRM and MS Office, maintaining accurate customer records and preparing sales documents.

You must be fluent in French and English, with 3–5 years in a similar role, and excel at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration with Inside Sales, Customer Service and ITS will be key.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• College diploma in office technology or related field.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new tools and data systems.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Team player with proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts in the CRM, ensuring data quality and updating CRM sections regularly.
• Update and track exception discounts on quotes per non-standard pricing process.
• Create and maintain customer lists and various sales documents.
• Answer inquiries regarding customer accounts.
• Provide administrative support to sales executives and management as required.
• Participate in annual review of the channel partner program.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Customer Service and ITS teams.
• Work on special projects as needed by the sales team.
