Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Math, Engineering, Science or Business.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• Travel up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives by comparing site performance against network benchmarks.
• Conduct data analysis and present findings in daily meetings, converting insights into action plans.
• Lead weekly performance reviews with site leadership, reviewing action plans and ensuring target achievement.
• Leverage AI and analytics tools to enhance data analysis, identify patterns, and accelerate decision-making.
• Own deployment of EU network initiatives at the site, ensuring timeline compliance and pilots/tests.
