Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Program Manager for Last Mile DSP Payments on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You’ll dive into payments operations, work with a senior PM, and own a defined workstream across markets with real scope to impact.

You’ll build Excel tools, improve controls, document processes, and contribute to automation by detailing requirements. Travel to regional ops teams is possible, and you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with tech and business partners.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Experience working with tech and non-tech teams cross-functionally.
• Exposure to data-driven process documentation and improvements.
• Internship or early-career project showing process standardization.

Responsibilities

• Execute payment process tasks and improvements within the EU workstream.
• Sharpen financial controls and audit trails by identifying gaps.
• Build Excel-based tools and trackers to streamline day-to-day work.
• Investigate discrepancies by tracing data through upstream systems.
• Document how processes actually work so others can scale or automate.
• Help capture requirements for automation and improved workflows.
