Job summary

TikTok is seeking an EU LIVE Operations Specialist to manage LIVE policy execution, resource configuration, and seller/creator outreach from London. This role focuses on driving policy adoption, coordinating cross-team activities, and optimizing education programs across European markets.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in e-commerce or agency operations, strong coordination skills, and proficiency with Excel for performance tracking.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, seller/creator operations, or agency operations execution.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify information gaps, risks, and priorities across multiple projects.
• Clear communicator and proactive coordinator able to work with internal teams, sellers, creators, and agencies.
• Proficient in Excel with data organization, reconciliation, and performance tracking.
• Detail-oriented and responsible for policy requirements, incentive configurations, and timelines.
• Able to use English as a working language to drive projects forward.

Responsibilities

• LIVE Policy Execution: Roll out LIVE incentive policies for sellers and creators with communication, eligibility verification, and configuration.
• Resource Configuration and Tracking: Submit, configure, and verify resources like coupons and incentives; maintain usage records.
• Seller Lead Management: Collect and pre-screen leads; maintain database and support onboarding and live participation.
• Performance Tracking and Basic Reviews: Track LIVE sessions, GMV, campaign participation, and expenses; identify anomalies and provide recommendations.
• Cross-Team Collaboration and Process Optimization: Maintain trackers, guides, timelines, and document reusable processes.
• Education Program Operations: Run seller/creator education programs end to end, including recruitment, training, and participant follow-up.
