Job summary

TikTok is seeking a proactive Creator Operations lead to grow and engage TikTok Shop E-commerce creators across Europe. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, and tiered community management to boost retention and high-frequency content.

You will develop content support like Creator Kits, monitor metrics with basic data analysis, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure localized platform benefits for the creator ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fluency in English is required, with ability to communicate with local creators across German, Spanish, Italian or French markets.
• Experience in international community/creator operations.
• Strong ability to craft engaging copy and perform basic data analysis (Excel/BI tools).

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard EU creators via outreach and conversion funnels using WhatsApp and other channels.
• Lead daily operations of EU creator communities; develop SOPs to improve response time and engagement.
• Curate Creator Kits and content support to boost creation and align with trends.
• Monitor community metrics and design incentives to move creators from entry to top tier.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and relay creator feedback to optimize localized platform benefits.
