Job summary

Radwell International is seeking an HR Officer to support the UK & Europe HR function from Blackburn. The role focuses on HR systems, administration, contracts, payroll changes and onboarding across six countries, reporting to the European HR Manager and coordinating with the Newcastle-under-Lyme HR Advisor.

You’ll handle day-to-day queries, maintain ADP data, coordinate recruitment and produce HR reports, aiming for accurate, compliant processes across Europe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in HR Officer/Administrator/Coordinator role.
• CIPD Level 3 or equivalent HR admin experience.
• Experience producing employment documentation (offers, contracts).
• Knowledge of UK HR processes (right to work, family leave, probation).
• High accuracy for contracts and payroll.
• Proficient with HR systems, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Triage HR inbox and resolve day-to-day queries UK/Europe.
• Produce documentation for European entities: offers, contracts, changes, probations, reviews, leavers.
