Job summary

Radwell is seeking an HR Officer to join our expanding European HR function. Based at Blackburn, you will own HR systems and administration across six countries, from contracts to payroll changes, onboarding and reporting.

This role sits at the core of our European HR team and offers a path toward advisory HR with a systems focus. Based in Blackburn with occasional travel to Newcastle-under-Lyme, you will report to the European HR Manager and work with the HR Advisor.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in an HR Officer, Administrator or Coordinator role.
• CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience.
• Experience producing employment documentation such as offer letters and contracts.
• Working knowledge of core UK HR processes (right to work, family leave, probation).
• High accuracy for contracts and payroll.
• Confident with HR systems, Excel and Word.
• Organised and able to handle high volumes of work without dropping tasks.
• Discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Triage the shared HR inbox and resolve day-to-day queries across UK and Europe.
• Produce employment documentation for European entities (offers, contracts, changes, probations, salary reviews, leavers).
• Administer family leave, flexible working, probation and appraisal processes; track deadlines.
