Monzo is seeking a Data Director for EU expansion based in London or Barcelona, with distributed UK working options. You’ll lead the EU Data team, shape product strategy, define metrics and drive cross-functional alignment with Finance, Product and Engineering.

You’ll own the learning loops, set data foundations for new markets, and represent Data at ExCo. This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role with visa sponsorship and relocation where needed.

Formación

• Strategic data leader with director-level experience.
• Ability to define and drive metrics and targets across markets.
• Proven track record building and scaling data teams and partnering with ExCo.
