Job summary

The EU Data Director for expansion will lead our EU data team and shape product strategy as we grow across Europe. You’ll decide where to bet in new markets, set metric definitions, and ensure learning loops drive fast, data-informed decisions.

You’ll sit on the EU Tech Leadership team, partner with Finance, and coach a full-stack data group. The role requires strategic vision, senior leadership experience, and the ability to turn ambiguity into disciplined, measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strategic data leader with senior-level experience.
• Experience building or scaling a data function in a new market or product.
• Ability to translate metrics into business strategy and decisions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across product, finance and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the EU expansion learning loop and co-own product development with EU leadership.
• Set data strategy for EU and establish foundational metrics, events and forecasts.
• Lead goal-setting with Finance and drive cross-collective collaboration across the business.
• Build and retain a high-performing, full-stack Data team and represent Data at ExCo.
