Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an EU 3PL Control Tower Inbound specialist to deliver end-to-end operational support across 40+ European External Fulfilment buildings. The role focuses on standardizing processes, optimizing performance, and serving as the primary link between 3PL partners and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with MS Office suite and data analysis tools.
• Strong written and spoken English at CEFR C1 level.
• Experience in logistics or supply chain operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and grant permissions to support 3PL operations.
• Provide operational guidance to 3PL partners across sites.
• Resolve capacity discrepancies and configure warehouse systems.
• Act as bridge between 3PL partners and Amazon stakeholders.
• Upload and maintain data for supply chain visibility and compliance.
• Monitor adherence to process and Amazon standards; escalate deviations.
• Support system launches and migrations for continuity.
