Job summary

Amazon Uk Services Ltd. is seeking an EU 3PL Control Tower Inbound Specialist to oversee 3PL inbound operations across Europe, ensuring standardization and strong stakeholder communication.

You will support onboarding, monitor KPIs, troubleshoot 3PL configurations, and drive continuous improvement for 41+ buildings, operating in a 24/7 environment and nights/weekends as required. This position is office-based and involves daily coordination with 3PL partners and Amazon teams to uphold efficiency

Qualifications

• Excel proficiency required (Office suite)
• Advanced English language skills (CEFR C1)
• Experience in logistics operations is preferred

Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage permissions to support seamless 3PL operations
• Provide operational guidance to 3PL partners across European sites
• Resolve capacity discrepancies and 3PL system configurations
• Act as a communication bridge between 3PL partners and Amazon stakeholders
• Upload and maintain data to support supply chain visibility and compliance
• Monitor adherence to process and Amazon standards, escalate deviations
• Support system launches and migrations to ensure continuity
