Job summary

Strive Supply Chain LLP in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to manage international inbound and outbound logistics. You will coordinate with 3PL partners, carriers, customers and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant and cost-effective operations.

The role focuses on warehouse, transportation, inventory and fulfilment with travel to European 3PL sites as needed. Strong Excel/ERP skills and English (Spanish helpful) are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience coordinating external 3PL logistics providers, carriers, and warehouses.
• Experience monitoring performance, investigating issues, and coordinating corrective actions.
• Knowledge of customs clearance and import/export processes, HS codes, and brokers is valued.
• Languages: English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations with 3PL partners, carriers, customers, and internal teams.
• Monitor warehousing, transportation, inventory, and order fulfilment to optimise service levels.
• Analyse performance, report findings, and present cost-saving solutions.
• Ensure compliance and documentation for shipping and trade activities.
• Travel to 3PL sites in Europe may be required in the short term.
