Job summary

Publicis Sapient seeks an experienced ETRM Operations Lead to manage Endur environments for energy trading clients. You will mentor the support team, resolve incidents, and coordinate with Front, Middle, and Back office colleagues to optimise daily Endur operations. Strong consulting and stakeholder skills are essential.

You will drive improvements in Endur configurations, reporting, and platform utilisation while supporting transformation initiatives and data-driven trading enhancements.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience with Openlink Endur in Energy Trading environments.
• Deep understanding of Endur operational workflows and production environments.
• Strong client-facing consulting skills and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing production support teams and delivering client value.

Responsibilities

• Lead Endur application support team, including mentoring and performance management.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Collaborate with Front, Middle, and Back office teams for daily support.
• Provide reporting and analytics on system performance and incidents.
• Transform Endur operating models to improve efficiency and value.
