Job summary

Publicis Sapient UK is seeking a Lead Business Analyst (Endur) to partner with clients and the Product Owner to craft an ETRM product strategy and drive value through agile delivery.

You will lead a team of analysts, translate strategic goals into prioritized user stories, and collaborate with onshore/offshore teams to deliver end-to-end digital transformations in the energy and commodities space.

Qualifications

• Proven success delivering digital solutions in the ETRM space from ideation to launch.
• Significant energy & commodities industry knowledge.
• Experience implementing Endur ETRM package and related tools.
• Strong ability to prioritize, manage stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to articulate business goals and drive product propositions.
• Translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap and well-defined user stories.
• Lead workshops, present to clients, and guide onshore/offshore delivery teams.
• Establish measurable success criteria, KPIs and continuous delivery practices.
• Mentor a high-performing team of Product Analysts to deliver value.
