Job summary

Publicis Sapient in London is seeking a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Endur to drive product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Endur-based solutions in the energy trading sector. Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, focused on Endur or other ETRM platforms.
• Strong understanding of energy and commodities trading, risk management, and settlements.
• Proven Endur implementations experience: config, test, deploy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for Endur implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritise requirements, ensuring the Endur solution meets business and regulatory needs.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Work with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of Endur-based trading and risk management processes.
• Ensure seamless integration of Endur with other enterprise systems, such as ETRM, ERP, and reporting tools.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to proactively enhance the Endur platform.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
