Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Product Manager specializing in Endur to drive strategy, roadmap and delivery of Endur-based solutions for clients in the energy and commodities trading industry. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams to optimize Endur platforms, enhancing trading operations, risk management and regulatory compliance.

You will lead Endur implementations, translate business requirements into technical specs, and mentor junior team members while shaping product

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on Endur or other ETRM platforms.
• Strong understanding of energy and commodities trading, including risk management and settlement processes.
• Experience leading Endur implementations, including configuration, testing and deployment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for Endur implementations, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for Endur solutions.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and user stories for development teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of Endur-based trading and risk processes.
• Ensure seamless integration of Endur with ERP, reporting tools and other systems.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to enhance the Endur platform.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
