Serco is seeking a proactive Business Ethics & Compliance Officer to strengthen our culture of integrity and support the Group ethics compliance programme. The role is hybrid in Hook, RG27 9UY, full-time and permanent, with duties spanning case management, investigations, due diligence, assurance and colleague engagement.

You will build relationships across Serco’s divisions, support Ethics Compliance Leads, and help ensure that concerns are handled appropriately and compliance systems operate

Qualificações

• Experience handling sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
• Ability to assess complex information and propose practical solutions.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple cases and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor initial triage of concerns raised through Speak Up channels and ensure proper recording and allocation.
• Manage ethics case management processes including retaliation monitoring and follow-up activity.
• Conduct investigations into potential breaches of ethics policies and standards.
• Oversee Gifts and Hospitality Register and monitor conflicts of interest.
• Review due diligence findings and support risk assessments for third parties and new countries.
• Support ethics compliance assurance reviews and monitor actions to completion.
• Produce clear internal reporting including quarterly ethics compliance reports.
• Develop communications that raise awareness of ethics and compliance requirements.
• Support Group-led ethics projects and initiatives.
• Build relationships with Divisional Ethics Compliance Leads and provide practical support.
