Zusammenfassung

Serco Limited is seeking a Business Ethics and Compliance Officer to strengthen integrity across the organisation. The role covers ethics case management, investigations, due diligence, assurance, reporting and colleague engagement.

You will build relationships across divisions, monitor Speak Up cases and support Group ethics projects while ensuring high standards of ethical behaviour and responsible business practices.

Qualifikationen

• Interest in business ethics, compliance and corporate responsibility.
• Experience handling sensitive information with discretion, sound judgement and integrity.
• Ability to assess complex information, identify issues and find practical solutions.
• Strong organisational skills managing multiple cases and priorities.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication.
• Collaborative approach across teams and business areas.
• Personal drive and adaptability to deliver high‑quality work.
• Willingness to work toward certification within 18 months (CCEP‑I or equivalent).

Aufgaben

• Triage concerns raised through Speak Up channels; ensure cases are recorded, responded to, and allocated.
• Manage ethics case management processes, including retaliation monitoring and follow‑ups.
• Investigate potential breaches of ethics policies and processes.
• Oversee Gifts and Hospitality Register; monitor conflicts of interest.
• Review due diligence findings; assess risks with third parties and new countries.
• Support ethics compliance assurance reviews and action follow‑ups.
• Prepare clear internal reporting, including quarterly ethics compliance reports.
• Develop communications to raise awareness of ethics requirements.
• Support delivery of group ethics compliance projects and initiatives.
• Build relationships with Divisional Ethics Compliance Leads and provide practical advice.
