Huntress is seeking an experienced Corporate Compliance Officer in London to strengthen governance and policy development across the organisation.

You will lead policy development and reviews, advise on whistleblowing and conflicts of interest, monitor regulatory adherence and collaborate with stakeholders to foster a culture of integrity.

The role offers a hybrid work model with some in-office days and the option to work remotely on other days, with a base salary of around £69k plus a 10% bonus.

Formación

• Previous experience in a corporate compliance or governance environment.
• Strong knowledge of whistleblowing and conflicts of interest policies.
• Solid understanding of governance, risk and compliance principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyse information, identify risks and make recommendations.
• Confident working independently while collaborating with internal teams.
• Relevant compliance, legal, governance or risk qualifications desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement and review corporate compliance policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance on whistleblowing, conflicts of interest and related matters.
• Monitor adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify compliance risks and support control implementation.
• Assist with compliance reviews, investigations and reporting.
• Maintain records, documentation and registers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to promote a culture of compliance and governance.
• Stay updated with relevant legislation and best practice.
