Job summary

WisdomTree, a global financial innovator, seeks a Structuring Specialist to join Product Operations. You will influence the operations of a broad ETF/ETN product suite and drive automation, data accuracy and efficiency across multiple asset classes.

Collaborate with internal teams and external counterparties to design scalable processes. The role emphasizes project leadership, quantitative analysis and hands-on experience with automated workflows.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education in a quantitative discipline.
• 7+ years in financial markets, product ops, fund accounting, portfolio management support or product structuring.
• Deep ETF/ETN operations knowledge including fund administration and market infrastructure.
• Strong PM and organizational skills with multiple priorities.
• Advanced Excel with large datasets, pivot tables and financial modelling.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Team leadership experience desirable; automation via coding/tools desirable.
• Experience with Python, VBA or other languages to automate processes; AI workflow experience desirable.
• Knowledge of futures, total return swaps and structured products; digital assets desirable.
• Broad asset class knowledge across commodities, equities, fixed income, FX or digital assets desirable.
• High attention to detail; works well in fast-paced environments; proactive and collaborative.
• Continuous improvement mindset with tech/automation interest; problem-solving oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of WisdomTree’s European product range, including tracking error and pricing validation.
• Lead PM and business analysis for launches, regulatory changes and improvement projects.
• Assist with product design and structuring, establishing scalable workflows with internal and external parties.
• Manage relationships with investment managers, administrators, custodians and service providers.
• Drive efficiencies through process evaluation, automation and vendor management.
• Monitor operational and counterparty risk and implement mitigations.
• Escalate complex issues related to portfolio management, pricing and NAVs.
• Oversee resolutions for pricing and NAV issues, including FX and collateral data.
• Collaborate across Product Development, Portfolio Management, Finance, Legal, Compliance and Technology.
• Contribute to evolving operating model with technology and automation.
