Job summary

Orbis Group is seeking a highly motivated professional to support their ETF/ETP product offering. Responsibilities include daily BAU, pricing validation, and NAVs across asset classes, with a strong emphasis on automation to improve processes.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in product operations or related fields, ETF/ETP knowledge, and a degree in a quantitative discipline. Exposure to multiple asset classes and experience with Python/VBA/Excel is desirable.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product operations, fund accounting, portfolio PM support, trade support or product structuring
• ETF/ETP product knowledge essential
• Broad asset class exposure desirable (commodities, equities, fixed income, FX, digital assets)
• Experience automating processes with Excel, VBA or Python
• Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Finance, CS, Engineering, Physics or related

Responsibilities

• Daily operational BAU across ETF/ETP product range, including monitoring tracking error and validating pricing across asset classes
• Dealing with complex operational issues relating to portfolio management (creations/redemptions, pricing, NAVs, collateral)
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through automation (AI, VBA/Python)
• Assist with new product launches, product design and structuring, establishing new operational frameworks
