Job summary

Vanguard in Greater London seeks a Finance & Investment Operations professional to join the ETF Operations team. This role oversees the delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly operational activities supporting ETFs, while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls.

The successful candidate will identify process improvements, manage operational risk, and support colleague development within the team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Investment Operations or Fund Operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily, weekly and monthly ETF operations deliverables, including validation of basket components and team reporting.
• Monitors compliance with prospectus limitations and regulations for domiciled products.
• Performs impact analyses and recommends solutions to issues.
• Mentors and coaches team members and provides training support as needed.
• Participates in special projects and other duties as assigned.
