The role will also involve enhancing and recommending improvements for internal processes and managing internal databases.

The successful candidate will have familiarity and/or experience with the DDQ/RFI process, within financial services and will play a key role in the production of our client due diligence questionnaires and regulatory fund reporting.

Key Accountabilities and Scope
Client Due Diligence Questionnaires:
  • Contribute to writing, coordinating, and reviewing compelling responses to client DDQs, RFPs, and ad hoc due diligence requests across the full product range of WisdomTree in Europe.
  • Collaborate with and review responses from internal contributors and subject matter experts.
  • Engage with written sources to draft clear, concise due diligence responses, ensuring the material is complete, accurate, and maximises business opportunities.
  • Adhere to internal deadlines throughout the DDQ process, working with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and third-party providers.
  • Meet external client deadlines by establishing priorities and due dates for client requests.
  • Refine materials to meet the unique needs of each client in collaboration with the Sales team, ensuring consistency with internal messaging and disclosure standards.
  • Adhere to established approval processes and standards for the completion of each DDQ client request.
Regulatory Fund Reporting:
  • Assist in the production, publication and distribution of a diverse range of fund reporting files on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, as required by our clients and regulatory obligations.
  • Support the preparation and dissemination of key regulatory templates (TPT, EMT, EPT, EET) across UCITS, ETCs, and our wider product range, in collaboration with the ESG team.
  • Adhere to approval processes for all fund reporting files, in accordance with team policies and procedures.
  • Ensure reports are uploaded to the relevant internal systems successfully and help streamline the upload process to reduce manual effort.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage data sets and perform data validation.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong attention to writing, editing, and translating investment and operational topics into client-friendly language, as well as accuracy in updating data reporting files.
  • Project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in collaboration with senior team colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to the broader team's goals.
