Mitchell Maguire Limited is seeking an Estimator for joinery and interior fit-out projects in the UK. The role involves preparing cost estimates, reviewing drawings and tender documents, and obtaining supplier quotations to support bids across the commercial sector.

You will work with design, commercial and project teams, maintaining pricing records and identifying risks and opportunities to maximize bid success.

The ideal applicant will be Estimator – Joinery & Interior Fit-Out with:

• Must have experience as an Estimatorworking with joinery, fit-out or related
• Strong technical understanding of drawings, specifications and construction processes
• Ability to interpret project requirements and translate them into accurate cost plans
• Strong numerical, analytical and commercial skills
• IT Literate particularly excel
