Job summary

Mitchell Maguire Limited is seeking an Estimator for Joinery & Interior Fit-Out in Corby. The role focuses on preparing cost estimates for bespoke joinery projects and supporting tender submissions across a range of commercial fit-out schemes.

You will review drawings, analyse specifications, obtain supplier quotations and work with project teams to deliver accurate bids while maintaining pricing records and identifying risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Estimator in joinery, fit-out or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of drawings, specifications and construction processes.
• Ability to translate project requirements into cost plans.

Responsibilities

The ideal applicant will be Estimator – Joinery & Interior Fit-Out with:

• Must have experience as an Estimator working with joinery, fit-out or related
• Strong technical understanding of drawings, specifications and construction processes
• Ability to interpret project requirements and translate them into accurate cost plans.
• Strong numerical, analytical and commercial skills
